Admittedly, I voted for Pearl Jam to win (vs. Black Sabbath) in Nun and Sy’s last Rockfight. It was a tough decision to make and it was regretful that Ozzy and Co. were not to have their songs see the light of day….

But here you are….balming my regret with not only one,..but THREE of Black Sabbath’s Hard Rock/ Heavy Metal mayhem!

Indeed sir…..you are a wizard/necromancer reciting magical incantations powerful enough to cause the phoenix to rise from the ashes and fly!

I wish I could claim that I was righting a serious wrong, but unfortunately I didn’t even know that Black Sabbath was bested by Pearl Jam in Rockfight. In fact, I didn’t even know what Rockfight was until just this moment. Regardless, I’m glad your Sabbath cravings can now be satisfied.

After an extended break from authoring — my work kept me crazy busy this summer — I’ve returned with two new custions. One is a meditation on drug abuse. The other is a song about how great it is to reunite with a former lover. Many thanks to MrPrezident for authoring vocals and bringing pro keys to “Reunited.”

Cool song. It was a wierd string of coincidences, but this was actually the second duet I authored vocals & pro-keys for this week (after Up Where We Belong). How could I say no ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

 

For my fellow authors, while I was working on harms I searched google for ‘peaches herb reunited midi’ and the second search result yielded a midi with a pretty darn good piano track. 45 minutes later, voila, pro-keys + reductions. Sometimes you get lucky like that.
