Hey guys, I’m trying to get the Con file for a trial run in rock band of the guitar bass and drum parts. Every time I go to check the midi these errors keep popping up:
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART DRUMS): MIDI events at [94] after the end event at [94]
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART BASS): MIDI events at [94] after the end event at [94]
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART GUITAR): MIDI events at [94] after the end event at [94]
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (BEAT): MIDI events at [94] after the end event at [94]
Now, I made sure all the midi lengths were the same, even on parts that I didnt export in the midi. I’m only doing expert parts for nowo only because I didnt get to use the CAT tools yet but any ideas on what I could be passing up in my troubleshooting?
Check in the EVENTS tracks.
Wherever the [end] text event it, nothing* else can be after it in the whole file. If you have not touched the track at all, then it’s defaulted wherever. Move the end event about a measure or two after your music ends.
That’s what it was. I didn’t do any events tracking because I just want to see how well the tracks work in game. Thanks.
