Look up RawkSD, but you’ll probably not get too much support here with Wii. This is a primarily Xbox website for a start, and focuses on RB3 for a second

I don’t think RawkSD will work with dolphin; afaik RB games have troubles with the emulated SD card and RawkSD doesn’t pack for a NAND.
