Moonscraper is not a tool to author for Rock Band and clearly it’s more sloppy or more forgiving when it comes to unquantized chords. You have been asking questions that have answers you can easily find in the tutorials and in the docs. If you can’t be bothered reading those, please refrain from asking more questions: we ask anyone who wants to learn how to author to first read everything we’ve put together to help them before doing anything else.
Once you’ve gone over the basic tutorial and the docs and understood how things work in Reaper, do come back to ask for anything not covered there. And also please be sensible when posting, how could you think that submitting a post with hundreds of identical issues would be useful for anyone trying to help you?
