      Hey guys, I’ve searched all over to try and work this problem out myself but I’m not coming up with anything. Frustrtating! When I go and build my package, the error I receive is

      ERROR: MIDI Compiler: c:/users/the oreo/documents/rb3 customs/custom creator tools/nam/song.mid (PART REAL_KEYS_X): File: e:prjrbnsystemsrcbeatmatchSongParser.cpp Line: 2394 Error: mKeyboardRangeSecondPitch == -1

      How can I remedy this? Thanks!

        Does the Pro Keyx X track properly have notes and lane shift markers, if needed?

          Pro keys are unauthored, but regular keys are. Didn’t think I touched the pro keys track.

            Magma has automatic pro keys placeholder (did you enable the option?), but just in case try to simply copy the regular Keys X level to pro keys (you will need to transpose them) and use a lange shift marker.

              I now tried with the pro keys placeholder enabled but it’s still receiving the same error. Also tried to copy the keys. Rargh.

                Post the project so we can see.

                  Ok I’ve fixed that problem I think, but I’m now getting a whole bunch of extra drum errors. This is the very first custom I’ve worked on so as much reading as I’ve done, I’m pretty well in the dark. Here’s the whole project archived, if you’d have a look Farottone that’d be amazing.

                    If you solved that problem, post the drums problems, they are probably just quantization issues.

                        Are you not using the C3 template for Reaper? If you are, you have deleted some essential markers, if you are not, don’t do that: the template takes care of providing the correct starting base, so use that and copy over your notes.

                          I am, so I wonder what I screwed up along the way.

                            Delete all drums text markers. Open the C3 template, select all text markers, copy, go to your drums track, cursor to 1.1.00, paste.
