At the library and am listening to this song currently. It is an awesome song!
Would love to have the custom but “Karaoke”? As in no singer singing at all in the song? Sorry, can’t do that…

No, karaoke just means that the vocal audio is on its own stem and can be turned down or muted within the game, while the rest of the instruments are on the backing track. Having played it earlier, I can definitely confirm that there are vocals in this song.

April 13, 2014 at 12:17 am #417722Where? Neither version on this thread has pro keys. Here’s a crappy video of it being played at the pub:
I opened the midi files in reaper and saw that there was already expert pro keys charted, (granted, i just saw the beginning so i assumed it was already done) and keyboard animations.
Why were they done but not playable is my Q?
April 13, 2014 at 12:32 am #417723Magma: C3 autogenerates fake pro keys for you because MagmaCompiler requires them to be present when compiling the song. It’s then disabled in the DTA so the game won’t allow you to play them, as the name implies they’re “fake” – just a copy/paste job of the 5-lane.

Sorry, everytime ive charted keys, ive just done the pro keys too, so im unfamiliar with that feature.
Well im about 67% done with the pro keys chart to those that care.

It jumps around alot so its kinda difficult…but i tried to stick to the actual notes as much as i could. sometimes the game wouldnt allow this with the ranges it has so i had to make it close…or close enough.

Close listening to the instrumental track reveals that there is in fact some electric guitar in there. It’s somewhat buried in the left channel, but it’s nonetheless there, so maybe that part can be charted someday along with some adjustments to the bass part.

Can you hear it in the final mix or can it be brought up in a new mix?
February 12, 2015 at 4:47 pm #438215Spotify version I can hear electric guitar in the left channel. No idea if that helps or not.
February 14, 2015 at 4:40 pm #438375I can’t get this song to show up on my ps3. It’s listed on my songs.dta, and the folder is there with the rest of my songs. Can anyone help me? My daughters would love to play this. Thanks in advance.
February 14, 2015 at 5:00 pm #438376You need to ask the PS3 guys in the PS3 thread.

I hear a bit of it in the final mix, but also believe it can be brought up a bit in a new mix. I mean, it’s about as audible as the guitar part in songs like That’s All (most of the song outside of the solo) and The Reason (the bridge part).
