Hi all,
Not sure if this would be the correct place to ask this, but here it goes.
I just recently discovered C3, and have happily delved into adding custom songs to my Wii for RB3, and I am loving a lot of the additions.
I noticed a number of efforts to replace songs that were not allowed to be imported (such as songs cut from RB1 and RB2, and The Beatles tracks), but I’m just wondering if there was any similar effort done for Lego Rock Band? I know it is normally able to be imported for the Xbox360 version, but the Wii version in particular (not sure about PS3) missed out on that feature.
I would love to be able to get all of my favorite songs playable in a single game, and am just curious if this has already been done? Particularly I would like “The Final Countdown” and the “Ghostbusters” theme. If not, then I’ll have to settle with the hundred+ other new tracks I have been able to add thanks to C3 ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

January 7, 2015 at 9:06 pm #435777We are not gonna touch officially released material and release it as is, not as C3 not as a side project, I’m sorry. The Beatles tracks are a side project, they are not an official C3 release and they are all reworked.

January 8, 2015 at 12:00 am #435783Fair enough, and thank you for the replies.
Also apologies for confusing any side projects with official C3 releases, I just consider C3 as far as a site, to be the connection to finding all of these different projects from numerous creators that I would not have found otherwise.
January 8, 2015 at 7:28 am #435802So does the import for Rock Band Lego work for xbox
or does it not work anymore?
January 8, 2015 at 5:00 pm #435819It depends on what you mean by “work”. You can still play LRB songs in other RB games on the XBox and PS3, and you can redownload the pack if you’ve registered a key and downloaded it before. However, new registrations are no longer accepted, so new players cannot officially add the songs to other RB games.

so when did this happen
someone was going to give me there code as they where never going to use it
but he lost it
but when he found it he would give it to me
I really wanted to play The Final Countdown
January 9, 2015 at 10:49 pm #435915The import codes expired last year, five years after the release of LRB. A lot of things happen in five-year cycles in the licensing world. Five-year licenses are also why a lot of official RB DLC is no longer in the marketplace.
