Even though sharing is caring, you can make every song as a custom for personal use without worrying about illegal sharing without permissions of the right owners.

doe’s personal use mean make customs at home but not release them

as I have made a minecraft everyday custom

but did not get permission from Viktor

and i’m also working on a cover of a song

but most likely going to make a custom of it

but it will never be released

It’s completely fine for you to make your own customs for your own personal use. That was never really in dispute.
