September 21, 2014 at 4:20 am #429641Whenever I would try to play a custom song, (In this case, Cliffs of Dover) I could see it in the song select screen, but the preview does not start. Whenever I would try to play it, it would come up an error saying “Cliffs of Dover cannot be restored to the Wii System Memory”. I have installed sZFP.wad, and the sample song (Fluttering Romance) works fine. I am also running the PAL version of the game on a PAL Wii.Any suggestions on how to fix this?
(EDIT) I managed to fix this.
But new problem, when I have more than three songs, which means the .bin files go from 052-057.bin. When I try to add a new song, the packdlc.bat stops creating the .bin files, so they do not show up in the song select screen. >” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” />
edit the song.dta of each song dlc/sZFE/052… dlc/sZFE/054…dlc/sZFE/056….
download the “new rock band dlc packer 2.1” inside of the folder the “rb3wiipacktool” edits the packdlc.batch file and make it more easy to pack
September 21, 2014 at 8:27 pm #429675I’m not too sure if it’s working for PAL yet, but if not, I can fix it.
September 22, 2014 at 10:02 pm #429727hi, how can i export “creep” and “learn to fly” to rb3?
September 24, 2014 at 6:45 pm #429808Cataloguing my progress so anyone can reference for any problems that come along:
Just installed cIOS 236, d2x on slot 248 (base 56) and slot 247 (base 57), and Hermes on slot 224 (base 37).
Edit: Now to figure out which IOS version to use for installing the sZFE wad. Instructions in the video posted a few posts back suggest installing it in IOS249. I wonder if it means the obsolete cIOS of the same name, or one of the normal IOS slots in the system. Would any of the cIOS’ installed above apply?
Next step: Installing NeoGamma.
September 25, 2014 at 12:26 am #429829Le Fluffie link doesn’t work. Help? There’s a ton of songs I’m gonna scour the internet for, thus I need all the MB I can get! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
EDIT: added more info
September 25, 2014 at 12:28 am #429830Use the link in the C3 CON Tools thread. The OP should link to the thread, not the file.

September 25, 2014 at 12:57 am #429835Another issue: how do I run a .bin file?
More specifically, a common key for one of the steps?
September 25, 2014 at 3:45 am #429849Use the link in the C3 CON Tools thread. The OP should link to the thread, not the file.Ooh, sorry. I hadn’t noticed that I direct linked it and didn’t update the name. It’s all corrected now.
September 25, 2014 at 2:17 pm #429874Where is the best place, ultimately for all users, to install the sZFE wad (and the other generation wads)? I currently have the following cIOS installed, if they matter for this step:
cIOS 236
d2x on slot 248 (base 56) and slot 247 (base 57)
Hermes on slot 224 (base 37)
Also, I noticed that there isn’t a file with the .wad extension, per se, in my download of sZFE. Should there be, for a WAD manager to notice?
Oh, and just got Neogamma to install on the HBC.

It’s okay. I got it all worked out now. I just gotta get a common key and everything should be running smoothly.
September 25, 2014 at 10:49 pm #429896Hi, I am back again. I have common-key.bin, but I have no clue how the hell to use it. What do I do?
EDIT: I have placed the common-key.bin in the folder and have my console ID, but still get no .bin files for the songs. What do I do?
September 26, 2014 at 2:03 am #429904It needs to be extensionless.
September 26, 2014 at 11:56 am #429921Still doesn’t work…
EDIT, 1614: I am adamant I have everything absolutely perfect and nothing works. I don’t know what to do anymore excluding “giving up.”
