this 00000026.app does not exist, I’ve questioned it several times where it was but no one knew how to respond.
And there’s the problem. If you don’t have it the songs built won’t work.

but this file is only needed for NAND virtual mode, the method I did is only worth for customs from the SD card.speaking of this, I repeat that it is nowhere, either in the NAND folders or in the files made available in this tutorial.March 27, 2019 at 1:28 pm #504080This is not true. This file is needed for both method if you want to use sZFE.
The reason why you didn’t find the required sZFE wad and app files is because they are not custom made files, and therefore not shared on this website because this is pretty much piracy.
I’d agree that the tutorial should be updated to be using the custom generations as example for the SD card method, though it would confuse emunand users probably since it’s very finicky to get working on emunand/dolphin. sZFE works on both so it’s a slightly better example.
March 27, 2019 at 4:21 pm #504085Hi I am having some trouble with the common-key.
I have downloaded a common key online but it is downloaded in a .bin file while the placeholder file is in a .file. I am not sure how to replace the placeholder with the .bin file. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
March 27, 2019 at 11:17 pm #504096Anonymousare you referring to the file 00000026.app? if it is then we have a problem there. could you explain where this is? in the sZGE and sZHE files made available for download at the beginning of the tutorial, this file is not included. what came was a 00000001.app and without that I can not make app and BIN files.

Just rename the common key file to whatever the placeholder file is named and get rid of the placeholder file. If your common key is correct everything should work fine.

March 28, 2019 at 12:45 am #504101Anonymousand why sZFE did not work? with sZGE worked. I did everything that was asked in this tutorial and I spent many days under failure. It was then that I only changed one letter and everything changed. But I must admit that I did not have the right ng_id, but even getting this file in a correct way to what is asked in the tutorial, it did not work for sZFE even though I had installed the wad.March 28, 2019 at 12:51 am #504102Because you were missing the app file.
March 28, 2019 at 2:35 am #504105AnonymousI would like to know if I can use the customs both on the SD card and using the virtual NAND at the same time, is this possible?
March 28, 2019 at 4:28 am #504107No.
March 28, 2019 at 8:17 pm #504122Sorry to come later to the party.
Like Alternity said you can raise the song limit to 3000 using some cheat codes.
Unfortunately, I tested it myself and I came to a conclusion that the scores the game can save do not pass around 1000, 1200, etc.
After you reached that number the first song you play in a session will have the score saved.
Every other song you play after it will not save the score.
The only way to “fix” that is
Enter in your profile, play one song, exit from your profile, re enter your profile and play other; Repeating this for every song you want to save the score : enter profile, play one song, exit profile, re enter, play one song, ect.
My opinion?
It’s not worth it.
Hi alucardla
Thanks to you and Stack for the answers. That sounds like hell! And thanks to Stack also. Since my original post, I have noticed a lot more songs that will ‘fit’ with my people. So, I reckon another Wii is the way forward. I actually picked one up for next to nothing, due to the fact someone left it too close to the heater and it got a bit melted (surface damage only). We are spoiled for choice these days, for which I am truly grateful. Cheers all
April 2, 2019 at 9:17 pm #504208Could anything work to make this song 40mb or smaller?

did you mean in BIN file right? you’d better use this custom for virtual NAND, since .app files have a limit of up to 400MB per song.
April 7, 2019 at 12:02 am #504298To follow up on my previous post, it turns out my USB stick got corrupted and froze my USB Loader. So I got a new USB stick, fixed my ng_id file, and it finally works! Thank you to Stack and everyone else who helped out!
For future people trying to get customs, though, I feel the initial post could be made clearer so that sifting through the 3000 thread posts isn’t required. In particular, discussing sZGE instead of (or alongside) sZFE, explaining a USB loader must be used, and that IOS249 is required, all of which I had to learn by reading pages of questions from others. Everyone here has been very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions, but including this information would avoid the need for asking in the future.
April 15, 2019 at 2:27 am #504437New year, new codes. Who would like to try this new Concentration Mode code? I figured out why it stopped working on newer versions of Dolphin. It’s basically a glitch and I’m surprised it even works at all. Best of all, with this new version of the code, you can even specify the venue you want! So it’s basically a venue modifier cheat that should work on all versions of the emulator.
This replaces videos loading, so if you try to play in All Instruments Mode, this will always run instead of a video.

Hello mr. Stacks
I tried most part of these codes (all small clubs, some big clubs, some arenas and all festival) and none of them worked for me in Dolphin, using career mode, quickplay mode or road trip. The other cheats ( max song, fast startup ect.) all work and I use it for ages.
Edit: If you want I can send you my cheats cfg. file for analysis. Very good idea a “stage selector” something GH games always had and RB lacked until 3 ( I don’t know about RB4).
