Any updates on the original CON for Fluttering Romance 2x?
I updated the Wii version. Did you want the CON file for that too?
December 13, 2018 at 4:39 am #502393Looks like Alternity found it.
Yeah, historically I’ve had better luck doing it on my own.
I know you work hard on these conversions and it is very much appreciated. My luck is weird like that.
December 13, 2018 at 9:52 pm #502399Hey guys, thank you for all your work so far. I unfortunately wasn’t able to make custom songs work on Wii yet. I feel close to success but need a push in the right direction.
This I managed to do:
- I managed to softwmod my wii
- made an iso copy of my gamedisc but I wasn’t able to start it..
- I managed to create a NAND with modmii but I am not sure if I was able to start it correctly from the homebrew chanel.
- I made a backup of my wii NAND
- Made a custom song with the instructions in the first pinned post.
And here a few questions I have:
- Is it possible to use custom songs when starting the game from the disc? (With the songs on the SD card)
- Do understand it correctly that if I have my wii-id and the common-key that I only need to load the customs to the SDcard to play the customs or is a specific version of the wii system necessary (I read IOS 249 somewhere)
- Would you suggest using a full NAND system with the game on an USB-Stick and the songs on an sd-Card?
- Also is my common-key correct (because if it isn’t I don’t need to find out my wii-id as I could not buy any dlcs anymore): ëä*”^…“äHÙÅEsª÷
Unfortunately a lot of the old tutorials don’t work anymore as the links are dead or the wii has been updated. So maybe something in the rest of the process is messing it up?
Thanks a lot for your help!
December 13, 2018 at 11:58 pm #502400Has anyone else experienced issues with all songs never showing the stats after playing the song? (As in once the is over, either the band members keep cheering and posing or the game crashes.) And does anyone also have a possible solution to fix this? (On Dolphin)
December 14, 2018 at 8:40 pm #502425Are you using any codes? I had the same problem once. The end of the song player’s just stand around and no score displayed. For me it was an old code for using overdrive in the wii. Stacks made a new one though & it works fine for me now. (He added a trigger button for overdrive btw on the new code). Hope it helps.

I can answer this one, at least. Neogamma will be your method of disc play for customs. I have a guide for setting this up from MUCH earlier in this topic: http://customscreators.com/index.php?/topic/14630-how-to-playing-customs-on-wii/?p=119551
December 15, 2018 at 9:38 am #502444I use sZGE and sZHE… so I have two generations to play with. Unless you can get another generation working, you might be up a creek.
Hi fella
So say I now want to use sZGP (note I have the wad naturally for sZFP and all packing has worked to this point) – what’s the full process please that I need to follow to make sZGP viable to run alongside my sZFP customs ?
Is it this ?
1) install sZGP Wad
2) Pack customs replacing all references of sZFP to sZGP ?
And that’s it ? or is there another step, such as ticketing or whatever it’s called ?
thanks in advance.
This is for PAL Wii.
December 16, 2018 at 4:16 am #502452No, it should just be installing the WAD for sZGP. After that, you system should recognize content being packed for that generation. Keep your folders separate. I’m concerned about the “replacing all references” part of your post. You should have one folder just for packing sZFP customs and another folder just for sZGP customs.

December 16, 2018 at 10:40 pm #502462Lately I’ve been interested in trying to play customs in Dolphin, but I’ve run into a strange issue. The first 7 customs load, but then no more will show up. I’ve been packing them individually because I want to be able to quickly add/remove individual songs. I’ve tried different batches of different customs with different songs in the 8th slot and it just won’t load. Here’s the structure I’ve been using:
015_0000000f_songname_meta
016_00000010_songname_song
And in songs.dta:
name “dlc/sZAE/015/content/songs/songname/songname
And in packdlc.bat:
u8it 015_0000000f_songname_meta 0000000f.app -packu8it 016_00000010_songname_song 00000010.app -packAnyone have any idea what I’ve doing wrong? I’ve tried recopying the Dolphin-DLC-Files over and clearing the cache and that didn’t help.
December 16, 2018 at 10:47 pm #502463Is your ticket flagged correctly? On page 141, I explain how this works. And if you only have the first byte flagged, that explains why only the first 8 load. But also keep in mind that sZAE’s numbers doesn’t progress linearly. After about 124, it breaks the pattern.
December 16, 2018 at 10:56 pm #502464Just a heads up, you can pack alot of songs in a single slot. I’ve had slots with over 100 songs.
Also, here is a list of the official slots, what the game expects http://www.mediafire.com/file/e4ynwvvk0f68cs4/slots.txt/file
December 17, 2018 at 4:44 am #502467Getting this message when RB3 reaches the main menu on Dolphin.

That fixed it, thanks for your help!
