ParticipantThe TMD I have is what came with the Packer 2.0 folder. Why and how would I update this?
I have made all my other bins with the 0 in wadpacker.

StackOverflow0xParticipantI’m not too sure then. PM me your stuff and I’ll see.

ParticipantWe’ll I posted a link to the contents of my packer folder and the content of my batch file, exactly what files or folders would be best to send you?

StackOverflow0xParticipantEverything. I need to know the nature of the problem if it’s not immediately obvious.

ParticipantPlease forgive my tech incompetency. I don’t see an “attach file” type of option in the PM window.

StackOverflow0xParticipantUpload it together as a zip or something. You have to upload that to a file host. That way I can receive it and see the entire folder as it appears on your system.

ParticipantStack, I think I did it right but, I’m posting here to let you know I sent you the PM you requested, if for whatever reason you didn’t/don’t receive it. Thanks!

StackOverflow0xParticipantThe answer is obvious and I don’t know how I didn’t catch that. The “save” 00000026.app file isn’t in there which is required. That will certainly be added into the next version of the tool to save time and avoid errors.

ParticipantWorks great now. Thanks!

KixeroMemberHi, what a huge work you have done here !
I’m having trouble with my SD card which prevents me to load RB3 custom songs from it.
I have downloaded some free DLC from the store and now each time I launch the game, it asks me before the “press + button” if I want to store the DLC on the card. I choose “yes” and it start loading one second and the game tells me an unknown error occured and disables the SD card mode. And if I try to enable this mode in the game it asks me again if I want to load the DLC on the card and if I choose “yes”, the error happens and disables the SD card mode and if I choose “no”, the game disables the SD card mode. I’m quite trapped !
I have enough space left on the SD card for the DLC.
I don’t know what to do and I can’t go further in the tutorial.
I have a PAL Wii, softmodded and “hardmodded” (I don’t know if it’s called that way), version 3.2E, it’s not an SDHC card.
I wanting with impatience your answer.

StackOverflow0xParticipantI see that message at the start of the game randomly, but I’ve never seen it disable SD mode. First, are you sure there is no DLC for the game stored on the Wii? Then, have you installed the necessary WAD files to enable customs? They have to be made for the PAL version, which is SZBP. More support for that distinction will come soon.

KixeroMemberThanks for the quick answer.
In fact the DLC I have downloaded are stored on the wii … Do I delete them ?
Then, my Wii was already softmodded beore the tutorial so I passed the softmod part, I shouldn’t I think. I’ll have a look. Thanks
July 18, 2014 at 6:18 pm #424890
StackOverflow0xParticipantThe reason it’s moving is because the game only supports DLC from one place. Choose one and move it all there.

KixeroMemberHowever, when I choose to move the DLC to the SD card I get an unknown error and the game disables the SD card mode so I’m unable to load the custom songs …
My Wii has been softmoded a long time ago I don’t know if I should update my Wii and follow the guide to softmod it again or if I should only install the wads I need.

StackOverflow0xParticipantLast time I tested something like this, and it’s been a while, the game doesn’t seem to like moving custom songs in that case.
First, erase all the DLC stored on the Wii. Back them up if you have to. Delete them in-game if they’re still appearing. Otherwise, use FSToolbox to go in there and erase them. Then, check to see if the game still asks you about moving content. If there is no error, good, it worked.
Want to help convert more GHtoRB3 songs in the database? Here is a short guide detailing the process.
