“No Video Venues / Video Venues Never Appear” Gecko Codes not work (work but very rarely) ,any solution?
February 6, 2017 at 1:44 am #481052Okay, I have been getting a lot of reports of non-working venue cheats. And I did have notes on how to do this a different way, so I don’t know why I never finished that up. So try these codes instead.
$No Video Venues 2
042280A4 FC20F890
*Assembly edit to disable random video venues
$Always Video Venues 2
042280A4 FC200090
*Assembly edit to always enable video venues
These are working at the assembly level. Rather than letting the game call the RNG function to determine if it will be a video or not (this is determined when you select the song and get to the difficulty select screen), this cheat will just set the value it will compare to either 0 or 1 to either always enable video venues, or never allow them. Try this and it should work far more consistently, if not always.

February 15, 2017 at 4:55 pm #481458The Custom sZGE/sZGP generations is the same structure and process as sZFE? Can you make and example? Please, thank you.

February 26, 2017 at 6:33 am #481944what are the requirements for the pack tools 2.1?
i used to be able to pack my dlc in windows xp, but harddrive died and now i can’t run 2.1
where can i get the older tools?
EDIT: so i installed windows 7 and now packer works but packdlc.dat doesn’t do anything. I see a black window pup up with text really fast, don’t know what it says but no files are made
EDIT: figured it out. i’m on a virtual machine and was running the packer from a shared folder with mac. this makes the directory paths mac-like and the batch fails.
just one last question. the con tools always seem to run in admin mode, i cant seem to turn this off to get drag and drop features?
February 27, 2017 at 3:30 am #481970Okay, interesting situation you were in. But it works, surprisingly.
I wouldn’t know about why C3 CON Tools runs in Admin mode. Something to do with the virtual machine, perhaps? Does anything else do this?
February 27, 2017 at 5:32 pm #481993not that i’m aware of. i only know that one does because i get the warning when i launch it saying that it’s running in administrator mode. i’ve tried different trouble shooting methods around the web, but it doesn’t seem to work.
it’s not the biggest deal. probably something to do with virtual machine.
February 28, 2017 at 8:26 pm #482049i have another question.
Is there a list of all the available dlc that has the slot and generation? I could have sworn there was one as i remember using it to decide which songs to replace, but now i can’t find it. I found a couple of lists, but they don’t even have the generation info
March 1, 2017 at 5:04 am #482071But again, you shouldn’t be replacing DLC. with empty sZFE slots and all of sZGE, you have more than enough room.
March 1, 2017 at 6:25 am #482073thanks for all your support stack.
i’m not trying to replace official dlc, i just have a backup of my sd card and trying to figure out what i have without booting up the game.
March 4, 2017 at 7:11 am #482249ok. more annoying questions. i’m trying to figure out what customs i put in what slots. is there a way to figure it out from bin files? i had written it down, but the hard drive i was packing my customs on died.
March 5, 2017 at 12:06 am #482280If you only have the BIN files, there’s not much you can do. App files or folders, then there could still be a way though.
March 9, 2017 at 3:48 am #482456Hi, people. Can someone help me a little?
I’m running into a problem which is not a big deal, but is a little boring. Some custom songs are working perfectly, but, in game when I press yellow(guitar) in the song list to look to the infomation of the track(album, cover, year, length etc.), the length of the song is showing 0:00(zero minutes and zero seconds). Besides it, the song works perfectly in every way. No freezes, nothing wrong. Perfect. I searched the .dta of the song tirelessly to find the length there but I did not find it. I wanna know where I can find the track duration on the .dta to fix it manually. Thanks! And sorry for my bad english but i’ll always refuse to use Google translate ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />March 9, 2017 at 4:07 am #482457Track duration should appear in the DTA as (song_length X) where X is the length of the song in seconds. This is generated and all customs should have this. So the real question should be why is it disappearing?

Hi.It is occurring in a few customs. The majority of songs don’t have this problem.Thank you for your help. now I know where I have to look closely in the .dta files. If I find something interesting about it, I post here again. -
