of what is necessary besides C3ConTools since it is mandatory to have a CON file, the case is that I have custom Wii songs and I want to convert to Phase Shift.

There is no easy way to do this straight from wii to Phase Shift, especially if you are using bin files (SD card method).

I suggest re-downloading the xbox version of your customs and use C3 CON Tools to convert those to phase shift instead, it’s a one click process.

I suggest always keeping a copy of the CON files, and a copy of your packing folders. Both can be usefull.
