How do you hyphenate Japanese lyrics?

I’m currently charting the vocals in
. The song is entirely in Japanese. I have the Romanized lyrics for the song, but the lyric hyphenator website that I usually use only supports English words. Are there any easier ways to hyphenate the lyrics for Japanese songs, or will I have to do it all manually?
I always do them manually. It’s really easy to separate Japanese syllables – especially since you have them romanized already.
For example:
“yume janai are mo kore mo”
“yu-me ja-na-i a-re mo ko-re mo”
