How do i play the GHtoRb songs?

    i download the songs as normal and when i transfer it to my usb stick it always says “file” instead of “console signed package” like all my other songs this only happens with songs that are converted from guitar hero and idont know what to do <img decoding=” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” /> i tried renaming it to a con file but it still doesnt work what should i do?

    how do i do that? i right click on the .rar file and it doesnt give me the option to extract :/

    Download a free version of Win RAR, It says it has a free usage limit but it don’t
