Hey guys! I’m getting back into uploading, and I would like my songs to have a preview video! But my songs now days are gonna have multitracks and I can’t access Audition Mode ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” /> I’ve seen people just show the song play out without hitting notes because the sound doesn’t cut out with the one audio file. How do you make a preview video showing the instruments hitting notes automatically without audition mode?

The C3 CON Tools program has a ‘Video Preparer’ feature just for your convenience. Look into it and read the “Help” menu for more information about it.

 

Now as far as needing to automatically hit notes, that usually involves console modding. But I think someone said they tried a technique using the MIDI hardware connected to PC.

If your PC can handle it you can use Dolphin (wii emulator) with the autoplay gecko cheat enabled.

Load it onto your USB drive as you do your other customs and play it in-game as normal.

how do i get the audition mode?

Audition mode was something Rock Band Network authors could use to preview their charts back when the RBN was still a thing. Now that the RBN is no more, unfortunately audition mode is gone as well.

Can you use some kind of xex or something to get into audition mode post-RBN? I’m looking to do video previews too… specifically on RB2
