I’m trying to create a Rhythm Version (with the guitar chart copied to the bass) of Black Betty; and since the MOGG is unusable as always, I’m trying to make a single-track backing track and fill the other tracks with silence. I want to use the backing track as the dry vox. However, it needs a sample rate of 16 kHz. I can’t use Audacity, since it automatically goes back to 48kHz. Help?

When you render audio in Reaper there’s a dropdown where you can choose between 48000, 16000, etc.

Just use reaper – mute anything you don’t want in this file and render dropping down here.
