Just wondering because matching ReaSynth to a song seems to be a popular way of charting vocals, but how accurate does it have to be? And do different settings achieve this? I’ve seen people chart it so it sounds EXACTLY like the song but I can’t seem to replicate it myself, using even settings on ReaSynth other people have used.
An example of my attempt:
Just keep playing around with the pitches. It might be higher or lower than it sounds – usually because your ReaSynth notes are in the correct key, just too low or too high.
It’s a lot easier with a trained ear, something that will be learned as you continue to chart. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Accuracy of the output will depend on the audio. It should really serve as a loose guide for the correct pitches. Verify every note and it should be easier as you go along.
If you keep using that FX instead of the one I sent you with my template you will not do yourself a favour.
I believe I used the same settings of ReaSynth that you used in the song you sent me…I could be wrong though. I’ll double check when I get home.
My ReaSynth settings. It might’ve been different in the video because I might’ve messed with it a bit.
