    Why have we scheduled this for October 25th? It should be a Thursday 31st release. In which case we would have a bit more time to do this…

    It was an intentional decision so that people could have the songs set up in time for Halloween parties. If everyone would rather have it on the 31st, that’s fine; I just wanted to communicate the initial logic as discussed by me and some of the other admins. Or maybe here on the forum? I don’t remember.

    I think, as we did for the July 4th pack, that having the pack out the day of the festivity is fine. I have to say, I would vote for it even if we didn’t have this timing issue, but being late and all I would definitely vote for that.

    I also vote for releasing stuff on the day of. If it gets us more time to get things done, even more so.

    Also the pack is still scheduled to November 1st, so maybe we should change the date in the scheduler if possible to avoid confusion

    That’s not a problem. That’s intentional. The scheduler only works based on Fridays. That week we are not having a release on Thursday and a release on Friday, so there is no confusion. November 1 tracks are going to be released on Thursday the 31st.

    I’m going to attempt to bring something into this pack. Namely, “

    ” by Gerard McMann. This is the theme song to one of my favorite horror films, “The Lost Boys.” This should bring some nostalgia to the party. If I get it done on time I’ll go ahead and put it in testing.

    There’s an album of covers of the Nightmare Before Christmas OST, and it’s awesome. Anything from that album would be amazing for Halloween.

    I’m going to try and get “Monster Mash” completed within the next few days. The only part I can see myself having any sort of trouble in is keys, and that’s only because I’m only so-so on chords atm.
