I wanted to take a minute to wish you all happy holidays.
C3Thon was an incredible feat and a terrific success, and I had absolutely nothing to do with it except my donation at the end. It’s really something that the authors and active forum members made great (and of course, farottone!). So thank you all for keeping C3 alive. Even though I don’t do much of anything here lately, I still lurk and try to keep abreast of what’s going on. C3 will always be something dear to my heart and something I was very glad to be a part of. So when I see it continue and succeed years after we expected it to stop, it brings me joy.
Anyways, some of you know that a little over two years ago, I became a parent. That was my boy Ansel. But I don’t think any of you except farottone knew this year my joy doubled with the arrival of Amelia. So here’s a happy holidays photo we took earlier this month.
My wife has always loved Rock Band and supported me through everything I’ve done online and offline for C3. Ansel loves smacking the RB drums and I know he’ll love playing when he’s a little older. We just gotta make sure we inspire the same love of music in Amelia.
That’s enough rambling. I’ll end this by sharing a video of Ansel discovering Rock Lobster by The B-52s and “dancing” along to it.
