Feel free to slap me with a trout if this isn’t in the right place.

I was wondering if there are/were any plans to polish up the Guitar Hero charts that are in the database that aren’t (at least to my knowledge) officially up to current C3 standards? Any answer long or short would suffice, but I’ve been curious about that and never really took the time to ask for some reason. Thanks!

      Nope.

I mean sort of… one of these days, if I run out of Stuff I’d Rather Do…

Lol, thanks for the answer, as I said, I had been wondering for a while about that.

There is one on there I’m going to polish up at some point. I may also tackle others of personal interest to me if no one else gets to them first and I have room on my schedule. No guarantees though, I have a LOT of other projects to release here and very little time.

One thing to point out, since it became a big enough problem for an author that he left C3 over it: if you take a song currently in our database and fix it, it doesn’t get re-released and it doesn’t get FtV treatment. It’s just another one line blurb on the weekly blog post about a song getting fixed. FtV is only for songs not currently in the C3 database.

That might sound ridiculously obvious and unnecessary, but it somehow became a huge deal before. So let’s avoid it.

I mean, I don’t have a problem with that at all. I figured it’d be just like that. I’m gonna fix the one (for now) song for my own personal enjoyment anyway. If the fixes can be shared with others that’s all I need to be happy with it, even if it didn’t even get that one line blurb.

I’m not gonna make it a regular thing either, just songs I personally enjoy and only if I find time to do it.
