Greetings from NYC! So I heard about calaca through a local podcast that talked about underground food and music scenes in the USA. Curious, I looked up the website, and what grabbed me was their honest approach—no flashy promises, just a real feel for what’s going down there. I’m not usually one for hype, but the site made me want to dive in. After a night there, I was glad I did—the music was alive and the food hit the spot perfectly.
