It was suggested that I ‘link’ a person to a project. Can someone qualify exactly what this is…. Is this uploading files to the forum for all to see… or can you limit visibility.. I would rather not have all viewers looking at my early efforts..!
Also, I note on Farottones authoring PDF tutorial section 4 refers to Importing Audio and Midi
When he refers to importing the Mid file – is he suggesting that importing a Mid file will enable you to author ALL guitar notes simply by dragging….? I have tried but in version Reaper 4.22 I cannot find the ‘Tracks’ track that is referred to in section 4….
Free space below the ‘Tracks’ track.. is this free space labelled…?
What relation is the PART GUITAR track to the GUITAR track?
Thanks in advance.
Though I know some other people have commented in your other threads, we might need to chat about forum etiquette. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif”>

Upload your files to a filehost and link the files in the thread (or, if you’re working with someone directly, you can PM them, but otherwise the recommendation is to share in the thread so that many people can look at them).

If my memory services me correctly it’s just a place for you to put the audio stem if you have a guitar stem. If you are working out of a mixed file (e.g. one mp3/ogg/FLAC/whatever), you can ignore the instrument-specific ones.
