I’ve seen a couple of video game songs and themes, and I’ve even found one anime opening song. I’ve yet to see any Japanese artist or more anime songs. I would love to see some Gackt songs like redemption, vanilla, miserable, ect. And some cool anime opening songs from stuff like naruto, durarara, darker than black, ect. If you think about it, that hasn’t really been done yet…
RBN has a few Dir en Grey tracks, and “Shizuku” by Esprit D’Air. Did you know about those?
I’d be up for charting some Peelander-Z, but I’m going to take a guess that it’s not your kind of Japanese.
Yeah, the last time I checked they had two dir en grey tracks on there. I don’t know if they have added more, I’ll have to check. I’ll admit that I’ve never heard of peelander-z, but I’ll check them out. Thanks.

To be fair, it’s very easy to make a makeshift dryvox by simply rendering the sound of the chart being played by ReaSynth as a sound file

Absolutely. I tend to do that at the same time I make the audio + count-in. But I don’t know how discerning everyone is. I’ll play whatever, but I feel a little guilty having X-only or anything missing instruments, since I host a lot of get-togethers. Having to explain “oh, I’ll be charting that soon” or why Rammstein’s “Engel” requires you to sing two notes higher than you should be.
