working on a new song. finishing up the final touches. it’s a band i’ve never charted before. here are two visual hints as to what it may be.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds – In the Heat of the Moment

While I did this one several years back, I never did the vocals or uploaded it to the db. Now I’ve done both. Also cleaned up a bunch of other stuff and made some improvements to guitar. Props to Atruejedi for bringing up NG in another thread and making me remember I hadn’t released the updated one yet.

Also another T-Swift track. This one had been sitting in my ‘in progress’ folder for well over a year now and I decided to finish it up. The lead vocals are charted. No Harms charted. The keys track is a five lane version of the vocal pitches. Fairly boring across 5 lane instruments to be honest. Drums has some decent variety and never gets repetitive. The mix is from the music video, which included much more drums and percussion.

It’s my first AC/DC release in 22 months!
This is IMO, a pretty underrated track off of the Razors Edge album.
Hopefully the first of several more AC/DC additions from me in the coming future.

Atruejedi was nice enough to give the vocals a polish, so they’re in good shape. Only parts of the harmonies are charted.
Includes pro keys with lower difficulties reduced by hand.
Awesome to finally see Addicted to Love, santo cielos you guys are cleaning up the most requested songs lately, it feels like the end of the world is near!!!

Is there another way to do them? I’m pretty sure CAT doesn’t do pro-key reductions (at least not for me)

Only parts of the harmonies are charted.Funky is being too kind. Polish is definitely a word I would usually use to describe my efforts (especially his Oasis customs!), but it didn’t happen here. To be honest, I can’t claim much credit for this. I did the bare minimum of essentially confirming the MIDI he already had implemented and making a few minor tweaks. I somehow restrained myself from obsessively adjusting tube length, which would have absolutely consumed me, especially with a song I’m not particularly in love with (I know, I know… I’ll see myself out

If there’s enough demand I’m sure I’ll guilt myself into giving the entire song the proper treatment, but until then, I hope it’s good enough! I didn’t even realize I missed some harmonies because I only explicitly checked what funky requested I look at. I hate myself. Slacking…Do you think I could take a look at the RPP+audio?

That’s funny. I was going to do Simply Irresistible next but decided to go with this first. I saw your thread mention Palmer and my heart stopped for a second. At the time I was like 80% done with Addicted.
I didn’t know CAT doesn’t do PK reductions. I said that to mean I took extra time reducing them so they make sense and play well on the lower difficulties.

It can remove notes based on 5-lane difficulties, you only need to simplify chords on H and E.

Glad to see this song come to life funky, We were at a minimum a few weeks away from a finished product on it.
Yesterday there was one Robert Palmer tune, today there is two, Friday a “threesome”
