Anyone else having trouble getting let there be rock to show up in rock band 3? I’ve had this problem with other unexported songs too, like enter sandman. Only one that I’ve gotten to show up is the old Paranoid cover.
May 1, 2014 at 8:08 am #419218There’s a thread around here that I believe have working versions of all those songs.

Try renaming the file or delete song cache. That’s all I can say.

With the help of all your hard work I’m proud to say that I have nearly perfected my Bon Scott impression on vocals. I have to sing the Brian Johnson tracks in my own voice though because it hurts too much to try and mimic his style (which I also love btw).
Cool story (to me anyway), I was actually lucky enough to meet Brian and have a couple of beers with him in NYC many years ago. He was incredibly cool to me & my friends, but I swear that with his thick accent I could only understand about 10% of what the man said that night. It didn’t matter much anyway because we were all drinking & laughing and of course he was surrounded by some incredibly hot women so we were all on the same page without the need for many words.
Anyway as always, cheers to you and much thanks for all the great songs man.
May 1, 2014 at 10:10 pm #419257That’s really cool. If I could pick one musician to hang out with for the day, it would probably be Brian. He always seems to be in good spirits and treats his fans very well.
I’ve seen videos of people asking for autographs from the band in airports and walking around in public, and it seems the Phil, Cliff, and the Youngs don’t really care too much for the attention. They’ll still sign for the fans, but they just want to get on with it. Brian, on the hand seems to act like everyone is his friend and loves that people are happy to see him. Obviously the lead singer is usually the most outgoing, but it’s an odd contrast too see the rest of the band happily staying out of the limelight, while Brian is writing books, racing cars, and giving interviews left and right.
I definitely envy the fact that you got to hang out with him in person and have a few drinks. I’m sure there are people out there that would pay thousands for that.

A personal favorite of mine from Black Ice. Brian does a great job on the mic, making you forget he was sixty when this came out, and Angus really shines on guitar. If you’re not familiar.
May 2, 2014 at 4:42 am #419289Dude, by the time you’re finished my customs stick is gonna be half filled with AC/DC.
And that’s a good thing.
May 3, 2014 at 11:47 am #419385You’ve been kicking ’em out like crazy lately. Nice work! I haven’t played in over a month and we’re getting it going today (been stacking up so many customs lately, including a ton of your AC/DC). I am stoked to play Girls Got Rhythm right off the bat. Thank you for that. Any chance Big Balls & Ride On are on your immediate radar?

May 3, 2014 at 4:51 pm #419397Dirty Deeds has a lot of essential tracks to be put in the game. I’m not really a fan of Big Balls though. I’ll do it eventually. I don’t really hate any Bon tracks, but I’ve never really been a fan of that one.
Ride On falls into that category for me of songs that are awesome, but maybe not Rock Band awesome. I’ve come across various tracks that I’d like to put in the game, but perhaps the guitar riff is too frustrating, or the song just isn’t exciting enough. I really love that song, but it feels like it would put you to sleep on most instruments.
Keep in mind all of these songs are in play eventually, but lately I’ve been getting in songs that I think are the right combination of song quality and play quality. But I’ll certainly move both of them up the list, since I now know there’s a demand for them.
May 3, 2014 at 5:38 pm #419398There is a custom floating around for Big Balls already. It just has guitar charted though.
May 3, 2014 at 6:33 pm #419401Thank you for your work.
Personnaly, I would love to have Big Jack from Black ice and if you return into studio version of live at Donington songs, Back in black, Hell bells, and Highway to Hell would be be great. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
