Hey new song!

 

 

 

I can assure you this one is much more well made than my previous Eminem tracks (both of which will be getting updated soon).

 

The song was #1 on the Billboard charts for four weeks at the end of 2013.

.

 

Obviously vocals are where it’s at. Drums can be challenging. Bass is bass, and guitar is a mix of guitar and synth.

 

This is a great track for 2 singers.

Second (and last) batch of AC/DC tracks are finally updated. All now have lipsync, as well as a slew of chart corrections, lyric fixes, and animation adjustments. Just like the other batch, consider these tracks done.

Finally the conclusion of my song updates.

 

First off, my first one, Legacy.

 

I had previously done an update, mostly to split syllables and include harmonies, but this one covers more. Word of warning, I did spend a solid hour going through this track, but then reaper crashed on me (1st time), losing everything I had done until that point. I went through and tried to re-do my changes, but things may have been missed. I still covered a lot. The guitar track before was the bass track copied over, now it’s the keys track copied. Also the vocals have been cleaned up a bit more. A lot of reductions were re-worked too.

 

 

 

 

And of course the much anticipated upgrade to Lose Yourself!

Tempo Map completely redone from scratch

Completely reworked Guitar chart

Guitar reductions re-done

Song audio ending remade

Lipsync added

Proper OD added

Proper Drum Animations

Practice sections updated

Lyrics split into syllables

Note tubes lined up properly to sync with lyrics

Harmony #2 added to cover a few extra parts in the choruses

Vocal phrases and OD re-done

Karaoke version added

 

 

 

 

Now about the Karaoke version;

 

I found a great file the backing track online, but the best vocal track I found is not the greatest quality. It is still very passable, just when compared to the real cut, it isn’t as crisp.

 

So if you like having the vocals lower so you can be your own rap god, get the Karaoke version. If you like hearing Eminem as clear and clean as can be, download the single track version. Both have the same chart, lyrics, everything. Just different audio. No matter which version you get, you will need to delete the old version from your game if you had it.

 

Now hopefully these will be the last of my updates and fixes for awhile. It gets annoying spending hours to release a song that I’ve already released. I’ve got some interesting tracks in the pipeline, both from new artists, and one’s I’ve done before, not to mention plenty more AC/DC to come. Stay tuned!

It’s crashed on me a couple more times since. It always seems to do it when I hit ctrl+z to undo something. Now I just make sure to save often.

Thank you. Much appreciated. I think Legacy is very underrated. It wasn’t a single off of MMLP2, but it’s a great track. The chorus is simple to sing, and Em’s lyrics are superb. It’s very fun having two people doing the vocals.

 

It was a bit of a drag having that as my first custom. I made so many mistakes, but it’s become a big hit for RB parties and I hate seeing my mistakes like that so I had to go and fix it up.
