Error downloading customs.

Hi.
Every time I tried to download a custom and “Save As…” Microsoft edge “understands” it is a text file and down let me save it as “all files”.The solution is always save the customs to the default download folder, then after it I cut/paste to my custom folders.
Google Chrome and Micrsoft edge are a little dumb these days.
