I swear my machine is just cursed or something.

Now whenever I load my project, open up Automatic Reductions (5-lane) on PART GUITAR and click reduce, every single box unchecks itself and nothing happens.

      AHHHHH

Something in your project isn’t in the right place. That’s usually what makes that happen for me.

Yeah when CAT doesn’t perform a task and just opens blank windows or resets it’s 99% an error in the MIDI whether it’s a misplaced note or something else.

Make sure there aren’t any invalid notes anywhere!

On GUITAR, check your OD notations, any HoPoS, or trill sections. Thats what usually holds me up.

What part of OD phrases would be invalid?

If it’s in the wrong spot, like one line above where its supposed to be.

All my OD and HOPO markers appear to be on the correct lines in the correct place and I have no trill markers. Struggling to figure out where the issue is. It’s 100% something to do with my guitar chart cause CAT is function on all other instruments.

I am still getting the really strange issue where if my chart has multiple BPM markers then CAT refuses to even load the menu correctly.

Just reimported the MIDI and removed all HOPO forces/solo markers, seemed to fix it.
