Duplicate songs and Profiles

I downloaded a bunch of customs onto a USB and saved my gamer profile and rock band save to it so I could go to a friends house and still get high scores. I later cloned my USB (and deleted my accounts) and my friend uses the cloned USB with a couple different songs.
My problem is that I dont think the game is saving my scores on the duplicate songs. If I go to my xbox it wont have the scores I earned at his house. Is there any way around this besides making sure there are no duplicates?
I was thinking if I created a pack it might help?
Maybe if you both used the same exact packs, and I mean the same exact. Copy the same pack to both usbs and maybe it will work. I’m not sure about copying consoles since I have no friends
