Yoooo that’s awesome. I have bass mostly finished and drums completely done for Gun by CHVRCHES, feel like collabing on that?

Hmm, maybe. I’m not saying no, but I think I want to work on some other artists first before I go back to CHVRCHES. Sound good?
June 23, 2016 at 4:01 am #470789Not a problem, I’ll keep chugging along on it myself in the meanwhile

Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping 3-pack
The Lonely Island – “Karate Guy”
The Lonely Island – Equal Rights (ft. P!nk)
The Lonely Island – “I’m So Humble (ft. Adam Levine)
NOTES: Here’s a 3 pack from an awesome movie I saw not too long ago called “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping”. These are super fun to play especially if you’ve seen the movie and enjoyed it or like The Lonely Island in general. The vocals are all fun on this and drums are surprisingly difficult on pretty much all of these. I also tried my hand at making custom venues for all of these! I haven’t made a custom venue in a super long time, so it took me some time to get the hang of it again. I also tried to make the venues as funny as these songs are! Enjoy! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
June 27, 2016 at 2:46 am #471117Great release! Hope to see more Lonely Island in the DB.

Lake Street Dive – “Call Off Your Dogs”
NOTES: Here’s a song from a band I really dig called “Lake Street Dive”. This is from the band’s new album and I really enjoyed this album and also this song. This song is pretty fun on every instrument so give it a try! If you’ve never heard of these guys before, they kind of remind me of 60s/70s mowtown/soft rock. This song particularly reminds me of “I Want You Back” by Jackson 5. Enjoy! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />
July 16, 2016 at 8:11 pm #471987Never heard of this band. I listened to the song and it has a great groove. It definitely sounds like it will be fun to play. Can’t wait to give it a try!
The people here have introduced me to many cool new songs. I am very appreciative.
Thanks!!!

Vanessa Carlton – “A Thousand Miles”
NOTES:
Here’s a song that’s sure to be fun at parties! Don’t be embarrassed to sing your heart out on this one. If Terry Crews can do it, so can you! This was a song I had ready to be a C3 release. I kinda forgot it existed, so once I found it again I cleaned it up and added all the rest of the bells and whistles! Enjoy! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />UPDATE: Besides my “Weird Al” Rock Band project I’m currently working on which you should totally check out, here’s some other bands I’m probably authoring or gonna author in the near future!
Haim
Sara Bareilles
Fitz & The Tantrums
Best Coast
August 15, 2016 at 1:56 am #473364Thanks for all the great songs that you’ve done!

October 4, 2016 at 12:45 am #475749Hey guys! So believe it or not, I am still working on stuff (and keeping everything secret cause it’s what I do best ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” /> ). In fact, I think it’s time I announce that I have a special pack coming out on November 5th! I will post hints probably sometime later this month, probably within the next week or two, but just wanted to give a heads up! This is a pack that I’ve somewhat had on the backburner for a while depending on how you look at it and I think lots of you will enjoy. If you’ve kept an eye on some of the stuff I’ve released through C3 weekly release days, this pack might not come as a surprise to you! I do realize that November 5th is just over a month away but I am still working on stuff for this pack and I believe if I were to release it earlier it probably won’t be as popular ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />.
Anyways, just wanted to throw this up on the radar if anybody likes my releases, you’ll probably enjoy this pack. Feel free to speculate if you like but hints won’t come until next week at the earliest. Thanks for checking this out! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
November 1, 2016 at 1:20 pm #477115Well folks, it’s THAT time of year again! My favourite time of year! Christmas time! *but drummerockband, it’s only November 1st! We don’t take kindly to people who jump right into the Christmas spirit before Thanksgiving!* Nonsense! Thanksgiving was a couple of weeks ago! (I’m in Canada ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_wink.gif” />) If any of you remember my time as a C3 author during C3’s weekly release days, you may have remembered me taking part in the Xmas themed packs. This is because I love Christmas, especially the music! I’ve charted classics such as “All I Want For Christmas is You” by Mariah Carey, “Christmas in Hollis” by Run-DMC, “Christmas Wrapping” by The Waitresses, and the *best* Christmas song of all, “Wonderful Christmastime” by Paul McCartney! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />. So if you’ve got the Christmas itch like me, and you haven’t downloaded them, well now you know!
Anyways, I’m rambling. I’m here on November 1st to announce a special project I’ve already started! *What?! How dare you listen to Christmas music in October!* Too bad and too late I already have and I’ve been charting some more Christmas Classics for you all!
Introducing drummerockband’s Christmas Classics!
That’s right ladies and gentlemen! I’ve made basically my own Christmas “mixtape”! Throughout the rest of November and December, leading up to Christmas, you will be receiving not 2, not 3, but 11(!) Christmas themed songs! 13 songs if you’re into “Weird Al” Yankovic because 2 Christmas songs by “Weird Al” Yankovic will be included as *bonus tracks* as a part of my other (mostly inactive for a couple of months) project, “Weird Al” Rock Band!
When can I download these?
The first batch of songs will be released this Saturday, November 5th! The order of these songs will probably be completely random and not follow the order on the tracklist. So if you’ve got a huge Christmas favourite of yours you see on this list, please let me know and I can see what I can do to get it out sooner, thanks!
You claim you love Christmas, but I don’t see “Do They Know It’s Christmas” or “random Christmas song” on this list!
Obviously, there’s a TON of great Christmas songs out there, and I’ve personally picked my very favourites, but I also tried to take into account how fun they would be on Rock Band as well. I’m not saying Band-Aid isn’t fun on Rock Band but it’s not in the category of fun on Rock Band and my very favourite Christmas songs! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />. “Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo” is only on this list so I can finally get one very specific other author off my back! They’ve been nagging me ever since we’ve done Xmas packs! ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_cheeky.001.gif” />
I’m rambling again, so now I will stop. See you Saturday! Happy Holidays! (Too early? Too bad. #dealwithit *cue airhorns*)
