I pick drum mix 1 for my drumming and what happens is I get this error message. I don’t know how to change how many track channels there are. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_frown.gif” /> Also, I tried the suggested drum mix 3 and it will create the file but when I put it in there is no part for drums. Here is the error message.
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART DRUMS): drum mix ‘drums1’ at [1] supports exactly 4 (total) drum channels; this song’s configuration has 6 (total) drum channels
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART DRUMS): drum mix ‘drums1’ at [1] supports exactly 1 kick channels; this song’s configuration has 2 kick channels
ERROR: MIDI Compiler: (PART DRUMS): drum mix ‘drums1’ at [1] supports exactly 1 snare channels; this song’s configuration has 2 snare channels
May 25, 2014 at 12:43 am #420999Are you using the C3 template? It should usually be like: [mix 0 drums0],[mix 1 drums0], [mix 2 drums0], [mix 3 drums0]. This way Magma should complain. Make sure you mark the drums as “kit” in Magma as well.
May 25, 2014 at 7:53 am #421021I tried what you said and I got this:

It looks like there was an error creating the RBA file.
Stopping here…
May 25, 2014 at 12:48 pm #421026Change the folder’s name (remove the parenthesis) and if that doesn’t help use a different drive or not a special folder like the desktop to store your projects.
May 25, 2014 at 4:50 pm #421032I changed the folder names and song names moved them to and TrojanNemo’s prick child gives me a punch in the dick and then this:
ERROR: Audio Compiler: Could not open ‘d:.’ for read.
May 25, 2014 at 11:55 pm #421068Always glad to see more shitty, ungrateful comments.
TrojanNemo’s prick child gives me a punch in the dickDamn, I thought I had removed that feature from the final release. I guess I didn’t.
May 26, 2014 at 6:26 pm #421112I got this problem too.
It seemed to be caused by Magma thinking it was looking in my project folder for blank audio files.
I fixed it by ensuring I browsed for all the audio files that were in my project folder first, and then browsing for the files that are actually in the Magma folder.
Whether it will fix it for you or not, I don’t know.
May 27, 2014 at 7:46 pm #421192THANK YOU!! It works now, I shall play-test the drums and then make the rest of song’s drums. You are a life savor
