I’m trying to buy all the DLC with Pro B/G, but I’m not sure there’s an easy way of keeping track of what songs I need to get. I learned about DLC quickplay and I can manually find each song I have and mark it as ‘bought’, but I was wondering if there was a faster way, like an automatic program which would read my songs and spit back to me which ones I was missing. Thanks
Also, something slightly different, if a file has a song ID of 0 would that cause problems?
You can just go in the in-game store and use the pro side of the store.
As for the song_id 0, I’m not sure, it might work or not, but you can’t have more than one song with the same song_id.
To be honest I’d avoid using 0 as the song_id.
Okay thanks.
Ugh, I must have screwed something up during the transfer, a lot of these songs are showing up with a song ID value of 0 in the file indexer. How do I edit the song ID?
A lot of my DLC songs show up with a song ID of 0 also, they play like normal.
Okay thanks, I was really scared for a sec. It may have been the file indexer, I clicked some buttons on accident? IDK
The file indexer probably returns 0 when the song_id is non-numerical then.
If your scores doesn’t save it would confirm this theory.
You can edit the song_id by extracting the dta file with C3 CON Tools (In case you don’t know, CON files are basically archives with files in it), then find the song_id line and change the variable, and then replace the dta file with your modified one. There may be a way to directly change it? I don’t know, I’m a PS3 user we deal with extracted files already. I’d suggest to stay away from 7 number IDs and under 7 numbers, as those are usually used for official songs.
A lot of the original files make no sense. But there are on disc files that the game loads and uses to modify the data in the actual dlc files (i.e. changes to charts, album art, metadata, etc). Worry about customs, don’t worry about DLC.

Okay thanks a bunch.
You are about to leave Rhythm Gaming World and access the external songs DB. While no song or file sold for commercially available videogames is hosted there and only fan generated content is allowed, Rhythm Gaming World has no direct control over the database and no files are hosted here. Alright, we had to made you aware of this, now you can visit the database!
