I got the multitracks from an emulator. I recorded each of the sound channels separately, then re-synced them in audacity. None of my songs have Pro Keys. I’m not good with Pro Keys which is why I didn’t chart them on any of the songs.
Regarding the reverb effects, I assume you’re referring to when the keys are delayed in the song, giving it an echo effect. TBH it would probably feel better to play it on time, but then it would out of sync, so I chose to chart it accurately.
January 27, 2015 at 11:08 pm #437172Here’s what you can look into if you’re interested.
http://www.zophar.net/music/nsf.html
There you can get the NSF file for basically any NES game. Then there’s a program called NSF2Midi that can turn it into a midi. None of the ones I found were that great and there aren’t any tempo maps, but the notes play back in real time and basically serves the Pro Keys on a platter. I’m not sure if it’s even possible to get multitracks at that point, even manually.
But yeah, that’s an option.
February 7, 2015 at 7:23 pm #437936Just wanted to say thanks for the Mega Man tracks and I look forward to your work in the future I actually got a friend of mine interested in MM2 because we played the songs in RB.

This version of the Double Guitar Medley comes from the Youtube Channel belonging to Guitar World. The left-handed guitar is charted to Keys, while the right-handed guitar is charted to Guitar. Additionally, I made a fused chart on Bass. I give huge props to anyone who manages to do a run of this song 1 player 2 controllers.
March 19, 2015 at 3:27 pm #440968Whoa, that looks awesome.
What are the 3 versions in the folder for forum shreddathon?
March 19, 2015 at 4:51 pm #440977the files (from left to right) should correspond as follows:
1. a wav file for GH3 play
2. the original RB3 con I made for the song
3. a joke RB3 con I made with a BRE and superfluous lanes
4. the chart file for GH3 play

The Moon Theme
Someone requested I do a DuckTales song, so I thought I’d do what’s probably the most popular from the soundtrack.

July 26, 2015 at 4:44 pm #451233Recently I released a 40 song pack of songs for both Guitar Hero 3 and Rock Band 3, so I thought I’d release it here. I charted all 40 of these songs.
