(HARM2): Vocal notes past end of last phrase are being discarded

 

I can’t see anything there though. Am I missing something?

This happens to me when there are harmonies but no main vocals at the end of song , make sure the last phrase/phrases markers in Harm 2 are covered in vocals

Vocals don’t matter. H2 needs to be covered by H1, H3 needs to be covered by both.
