Hey all. Having a strange problem with how my installed custom songs are appearing in-game.
All of them are displaying on drums as one difficulty lower than what they should be, for example, “Lingus” by Snarky Puppy is well and truly an Impossible-Tier song, but it and every other Impossible song is displaying in the Nightmare tier, Nightmare songs are appearing in the Challenging tier, etc.
It didn’t always used to be this way, but one day it just happened. All other instrument difficulties are unaffected as far as I can tell, it’s just affecting Drums and Pro Drums for me (the only instrument I play in RB3).
It’s not a huge issue, but I’d love to fix it if it’s possible… Is it an issue with my song cache, or my save file? Pulling a copy of any song from the 360 and displaying it in the visualiser in CON Tools shows the correct difficulty…. I’m stuck!
I have always had the same issue. I believe it has something to do with the game version of disc we are using but never really got to the bottom of it.
Just to compare, I run a jtag Xbox. Some were saying that was the issue but I find that improbable.
My issue is with all instruments except keys. Everything is 1 dot lower.
