Glad to see another Devy fan in these parts!

Guitar, bass, drums and vocals was my plan for all of the songs I’m doing. I have not been doing harmonies or keys so far. I did my first playtest of the guitar and bass last night, and it’s pretty fun. You’ll have to put up with my noob charting, though.

I was actually very suprised there wasn’t a single full band Nevermore song in the database.
Would love to see those songs you listed in the spreadsheet down the line, those are some of my favourite songs of that album!
You’ll definitely see me commenting on the release should you ever get those published.

I am participating in the Australian Customs Pack 2021, so I am going to bump a couple of Aussie-prog projects into my WIP. Karnivool is well under way, and depending on how much time I have after I get that one done, I’ll be doing something by either Cog or Caligula’s Horse.

I was kind of surprised, too. That said, while I enjoy it musically, I’m not a big fan of the speedy/thrashy stuff in Rock Band, so finding Nevermore tracks that won’t make my right hand fall off isn’t easy, hahaha. River Dragon is one I think would be really fun, as even the solo is pretty tame by Loomis standards.

Yeah, I know that feel. I’m a huge Megadeth fan but I dread having to play anything off the first 4 albums on X Guitar every time.
I’d rather pick a good song that’s fun to play than a song I love to listen but is way too hard for me.
I also really like Insignificant and Believe in Nothing off the same Dead Heart album regarding Nevermore songs.

I do not have plans to chart keyboards. I just have no interest in the instrument, and couldn’t test them even if I did. That said, there ARE some really good keyboard/piano parts in a lot of these songs (including the ones I’ve already published), so if anyone would like to collaborate or simply add keys to any of these songs, please reach out to me.
