No April fools stuff from us but we do have is a 3 pack of what I consider classic rock.

Two from the 70’s & one from the 80’s.

    A few notes about these.

I/we don’t do pitched vocals. Also keys are out of the question as well. We have real lives & jobs so we do the instruments we play & make them to our standards which is basically playable. All these songs are done from a midi so there is a good chance there will be some mistakes, we are not pros at this by any means.

I have played the shit out of them and they are fun to play.

Anyone wanting to add additional parts/upgrades is more than welcome. I will send you the Project files, midis we use etc.

    Enough jibberish, let’s rock

    Bryan Adams – Somebody

Dahnlee mapped this & did all instruments & then sent it to me, I reworked the tempo a bit & lined things up & added unpitched vocals, overdrives, drumfills etc. I then passed it on to the one & only Sideshow & he fixed up some errors we made & wahla you a have a tag team custom.

Next we have a classic from a rock icon

I did this one from scratch using a midi, I sent it to Sideshow & he fixed some glaring errors I made on drums

    Eric Clapton – Wonderful Tonight

Last but not least is a Canadian rock icon

I also did this one from scratch using a midi. I did a little band hero on this by charting the harmonica parts to guitar.

I know this is frowned upon by some but they didn’t make it, I did. I also sent this to Sideshow & he fixed up the drums. If I am correct this is custom number 12,000

Neil Young – Heart of Gold

Special thanks to my partner Dahnlee for being a great guy to work with on these projects

Also the one & only Sideshow. Such a cool dude. Always willing to lend a hand when I ask for help.

    Last note

I was asked today if we were still active, I can’t speak for Dahnlee but I have been here a long time doing conversions etc & I have no intentions of ever stopping. I have literally hundreds of projects in my to do folder. We just can’t commit to a release schedule as we have a real life, real bills & real families.

I/we love giving back to this great site & the people who have done so much for us die hard plastic rockers

We will be back sometime soon with some :clint: tunes

    ENJOY!!!

Wow you guys really surprised me with some great tunes. I like surprises like this. I appreciate all the work you all put into the customs. I understand about real jobs and real bills and trying to find time to do other things. I have enjoyed every custom you and your cohorts have made.

    Wow, bryan adams.

Thanks for this one. I will play it tomorrow

Strange that there is so little of him on rockband.

Simply red…..not 1 song and I find that amazing. They really made fantastic songs.

Crowded house (luckely somebody did make a fantastic custom of dont dream its over!!)

    UB40….nothing

    Chaka khan….nothing

Maybe not so popular in the states?

I am from Canada and yes heard all of those bands. It all depends on peoples tastes in music as to what songs they make. Also some songs just do not translate well to Rockband.

Red Red Wine & Something so Strong have been on my to do list for some time.
