Showdown #2: Bob Seger
Also, need Denver mega-pack stat!
Damn my kid’s swim lessons causing me to be late for showdown Tuesday. I will get my priorities in order before the next one. I will take my lashings now

I thought the 50 lashes might be a bit extreme for someone who could vote faster than we could refresh the page most weeks, instead there’s just no soup for you.
David Dundas, or better known by his full title Sir Lord David Dundas 4th Marquess of Zetland and Protector of the Realm, originally wrote Jeans On as a jingle for Brutus Jeans. The song reached an impressive number three on Billboard and remained for 19 weeks in the top ten. You might recognize it from Fatboy Slim’s “Sho Nuff” from 2006. Seriously the guy is an actual Lord or something. I have no explanation on why this is a custom other than the midi looked great and it was quick and only briefly painful not unlike getting your vaccination shot. No Regrets! I’m saying they can’t all be “Crazy on You” – sometimes ya reach for that low hanging fruit.
Keeping the content Canadian since 2017!

Well, that explains that. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
I don’t think I’ve heard “Jeans On” before, but I probably have, and it sounds exactly like I want a 70s soft rock with electric piano to sound like.
2 and 1 for me. Thanks for all the 70s tunes.
Showdown #1: David Dundas

1 and 1! Hell yeah, Still the Same!! The Eagles club I frequent knows Still the Same very well, as every time I am there, I close down the place with a back to back of Still the Same and I Heard It Through the Grapevine.

“Stranger in Town” was one of the first CDs I bought when I started building my collection back in the day. Such a great album.
Reminds me…a suggestion for a future 80s season of Showdown: “Against the Wind”.
#1 on the first set
#2 on the second set ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
