I’ev downloaded some customs from your website but they come up as corrupted on my xbox. I did step by step as your tutorial video. what am i missing? my files are con or rar extended. in your tutorial video they were more zeros and numbers when injected. i am not sure why it looks different.
May 4, 2013 at 6:27 pm #399203If they are .con files, most of them will say ‘songnamehere’.rb3_con and/or will simply look like a standard unidentified file on Windows systems. Those files MUST go into the right category in your HDD or they won’t work. Also, this issue can happen with Modio if you pull out the Thumbdrive if it hasn’t completely finished it’s current process.
Btw, are you using RB3Maker or the NEW LeFluffie for RB3?
May 4, 2013 at 7:08 pm #399206What is the right category ? i didn’t pull out thumbdrive. i completed and closed the file and exit and safe ejected and than pulled. I dont think so that would be the reason. but you might right about category. what should i do to find the right category? thanks

May 4, 2013 at 7:40 pm #399211your best bet is to go into the xbox, copy/paste an existing custom song that is working to your usb stick. always keep it there, just put the new customs in that folder, then move it. if you put a custom in the folder an official DLC track goes, it won’t work in game.

If you haven’t copied any files over you may not have the full save game path; be sure to create the missing folders rather than just injecting them into the first available folder.
As mentioned, getting us a screenshot of your setup might help.

May 5, 2013 at 12:03 am #399228You actually want to inject the song files into the folder above it, the one that says save game.
Don’t forget you will want Title Update 4 (which you can get here in that Installer folder, though.
