      An unexpected charge appeared on my Comenity credit account last week, but I didn’t receive the usual alert email or app notification. I submitted a message through their online portal explaining the issue, but haven’t heard back or seen any acknowledgment. Has anyone experienced missing charge alerts and eventually received a timely update or explanation? Curious which specific action triggered clarity.

        When I missed an alert for a purchase I didn’t recognize, I explored experiences shared via comenity reviews, discovered something stood out – cases where users included account number, date of transaction, and screenshot of the account details in a single message got support attention quickly. Using that approach, I gathered those three items and sent one clear message. Within a day, an agent replied explaining it was a pending verification hold and that I could safely ignore or dispute it if needed. Providing full transaction context in one go appeared to lead directly to a helpful reply.
