Hello, I am currently using Ziggys Pro editor to make a Pro Upgrade for IN Due Time By killswitch Engage, but I’m really lost as to how to package it in le fluffie and all that good stuff. Could someone please help me?
Also if someone could make a short tutorial for it that’d be wonderful!
I’m a little confused on how to change the tiering. Any help with that would be nice ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />
Can’t say I’m familiar with Ziggy’s Editor but you can open the DTA file and manually modify the tiering values. I’ve extracted the values from Magma v2. These work for both pro guitar and pro bass. If you are authoring for a custom song you can instead build it directly into the base song using the newly released Magma: C3 Roks Edition.
1 = Warmup
150 = Apprentice
208 = Solid
267 = Moderate
325 = Challenging
384 = Impossible
442 = Nightmare

where would you put the numbers in the file?
(example
(upgrade_version 1)
(midi_file "songs_upgrades/example_plus.mid")
(song_id 1005077)
(rank
(real_guitar 1)
(real_bass 1)
)
(real_guitar_tuning (0 0 0 0 0 0))
(real_bass_tuning (0 0 0 0))
)
Underneath ‘rank’, where the 1’s are in this example.
384 = Nightmare442 = Impossible
Sorry to be nitpicky, but you got your wires crossed.
If you are using the ZIGGY editor, it compiles to a full PRO upgrade file including upgrades.dta embedded. What am I not following ? Are you trying to INJECT it into the CON? If not, you need no other tools. Make sure you are on the latest version (v65).
