Here is a site where one can upload a .mid file, select a few instruments and a difficultly. It will then render an image of said chart with a cumulative score including multipliers and solo/BRE bonuses, and another score with out. So you can check if your chart is gold star-able.
Sadly, it does not do pro guitar.

What I am using this for is I find it easier to write in (with a pencil) on printed charts to code stage effects/camera shots. I play the music and write down what I am visualizing, big picture stuff.
