Is bmp2xbox still they easiest way to create the right image files? Is there a similar alternative?
I’ve been tweaking album info with LeFluffie and would like to keep using that, but I can’t seem
to get bmp2xbox to work properly.
Thanks!

Do you have to do anything different before you try to open the dlc in RB3maker?
How do you change the song_id in the .dta? I edited and saved it with notepad,
but it won’t stay saved.
I’ve been able to successfully alter the artist, album, & year info of my official dlc
by opening it with LeFluffie, editing & saving the songs.dta file, and then building
a new package with LeFluffie again. That’s worked perfectly. This, not so much.
Is there another alternative to getting the .bmp artwork in the proper format?
Without RB3maker? I assume I’d be able to just paste in the new keep.png_xbox file
while creating the package in LeFluffie?
If there’s an alternative, I’d really appreciate getting pointed in the right direction.
It’s a small amount of tracks I want to update the artwork for and this has been
driving me bonkers.
Thanks!
April 28, 2013 at 10:54 pm #398915I gave TrojanNemo a bare-bones version of a bmp->png_xbox converter the other day. Maybe he’s spruced it up a bit.

— if you can send me the reverse code to go from bmp->png_xbox i’ll integrate it and save myself the trouble of having to figure it out!
WheelofKa19, if you can wait a couple of days, i’ll get the software running both ways, and i’ll release it along with my heavily modified version of LeFluffie, which would make what you’re doing a lot easier and will also allow you to do some things LeFluffie does not do right now. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_smile.gif” />

You two are incredible. For serious.
TrojanNemo, I most certainly can wait. Looking forward to it.
Big thanks to you and Nyxyxylyth. For all your help, and your killer customs.
Also, instead of creating a new thread, could I ask you guys a question?
I think I might know the answer, but I want to make sure.
If I want to permanently delete some of the official dlc that’s part of a
pack or export, the best method would be to open with LeFluffie, delete
the songs folder, then delete that songs info from the dta and save it.
From there, build a new custom package with the remaining songs?
Also, are the remaining songs now considered customs if just the size of
the pack changed, but the songs info/art were not altered? And do you even
have to put them back in the pack? Will it mess things up to package songs
from an export into individual files?
Aside from having to delete those songs from the RBHP file and likely rebuild
the cache, will doing this screw up the Harmonies Project at all?
Again, you guys, thanks.
It seems like every time I come here I find something that makes me go…
April 29, 2013 at 2:00 am #398931Won’t affect RB:HP at all. Likely will affect the tracks’ playability under TU5, since you’ll probably have to repackage as unlocked CONs to get the game to take them. Can always bundle them on their own.

April 30, 2013 at 12:16 am #398964here you, first release of my modified LeFluffie is live with the album converter function added into it.Just out of curiosity, what’s the benefit of using your modified LeFluffie over RB3Maker?
April 30, 2013 at 2:21 am #398970I’ve only ever used RB3Maker for converting from RBA to CON…for everything else i’ve always used LeFluffie…and this is a better version of LeFluffie.
I still continue to use RB3Maker. These two don’t conflict with each other as far as I know.
