While I’m glad to see this song done, I have to say it’s a bad idea to have charted it now if having to remove it later is something that’ll bother you. This is the kind of song I would bet HMX will either include in the RB4 setlist or in the early DLC for it.

Absolutely not! I’ve voluntarily taken down several of my customs in the past when they were released as DLC, and I’ll continue to do so when RB4 drops. I will say that it stung when they released “Subdivisions” by Rush right after I finished charting it, though. ” src=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/default_SA_biggrin.gif” />

I say it because between HMX and GHtoRB3 (who I saw as the next big thing after official DLC back in the day), I authored at least 10 songs that I had to then pull. I didn’t mind. But I know some people get rubbed the wrong way and are bothered by having to take down their work.

That’s a bummer! I understand your concern, though. Some people don’t get that Harmonix could be aggressively trying to shut down customs sites, but instead they’re cool enough to let them be, so we shouldn’t try to compete with their releases.
