Cant see rb3 templat

I downloaded the tools zip and copy paste the rb3 templat in the reaper map, but cant seem to get it in the screen.
Tried to open it but it is not in the list?
Pffff help
Is there nobody with any suggestion?
I downloaded and openend the template file en copy paste it in the reaper directory
In reaper I clicked on File and then Project Templates, but there is no RB3 template.
Tried it on my XP pc but also on my laptop Windows 8.1 gave the same issue.
To bad cuz I was looking forward to author, but stranded before I good start.
Update: I managed to do a workaround and right-clicked the RB3 templat file and clicked open with…reaper.
Finally got the song loaded in the correct song audio part and now I’m trying to make a tempo map.
Tomorrow I will try to finish that and make a bass part
