Hello, I’ve been having some issues downloading almost any songs on the song database. I get sent through the whole process of getting to the pop-up screen, getting ready to download, then BOOM!

 

 

Failed! (Also, the reason some are downloaded are because I got them off the old database, which works fine for me)

 

Any way to fix this problem?

It’s either a problem with your internet connection or a temporary problem with the server. There’s nothing to change or fix on our end. So if it’s your internet connection, call them. If it’s a temporary problem with our server, then just wait.
