Dunno if you’re interested, but I can really recommend “The Beach Boys” version of this song. I believe “The Mamas and The Papas” were involved in the making of this cover too. One problem with the original song is that the harmonies to it are sung quite false, and it does hurt your ears sometimes…

That’s not what I meant, I know there’s only one Mamas and Papas song called California Dreamin’. Has anything been charted yet ?
