Niiiice! Way to go, guys!

I’m really curious to see how these versions of “Can’t you hear me knocking” and “Brown Sugar”stack up against the previous versions I have.

Thanks very much!

Quick but essential edit:

I shamefully forgot to credit mrcoupdetat, who did tempo map, vocals, and drums for “Moonlight Mile”! This has been corrected.

Thanks for all the help mrcoupdetat!

If I had to take a guess, those were probably cover and live versions you had, respectively (both from Guitar Hero games). Though I don’t see them anywhere in the database?

As one of my fans from the early days of my livestream, Freud received beta versions of these songs Oh so long ago now…

God, that’s a lot of Mick Taylor-era awesomeness in one go. Nice work. Hope to see the complete album someday.

Decades Track Pack
by GhostByob
Around some weeks, our friends had a tour in the decades with the Time Machine from 1960s at 2010, I was in the journey but a bad calcule send me at 1950s, so I had to comeback with my own resources…
I took some memories during my tour and I’ll share with you these memories!
I didn’t know anything about 1950, but just before the tour, I had talked with Farottone about that decade, which served as a reference for me to be able to walk without problems.and I discovered this song:

(1950)
Little Richard – Tutti Frutti
62Qb9e7.jpg
First major hit record for Little Richard. The song introduced several of rock music’s most characteristic musical features, including it¡s loud volume and vocal style emphasizing power, and it’s distinctive beat and rhythm.
(1960)

The Kingsmen – Louie-Louie

Ts18Vdu.jpg

The song has been recognized by organizations and publications worldwide for it’s influence on the history of rock and roll. A partial list includes the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Grammy Hall of Fame, National Public Radio, VH1, Rolling Stone, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Recording Industry Association of America.

(1970)

Michael Jackson – Ben
fjov9No.jpg

The song won a Golden Globe for Best Song. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1973. Jackson performed the song in front of a live audience at the ceremony. The song was Jackson’s first U.S. #1 solo hit.

(1980)
Rick Astley – Together Forever
J05SZnW.jpg
It was Astley’s second and final U.S. chart-topper. It reached number 2 in Britain. It uses a similar chord structure and melody to “Never Gonna Give You Up” (as with most songs produced by Stock Aitken Waterman at the time).
(1990)
Londonbeat – I’ve Been Thinking About You
EB7plWT.jpg
“I’ve Been Thinking About You” is a song by British-American band Londonbeat from their second studio album In the Blood (1990). It was released in October 1990 as the lead single from In the Blood. It hit number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 on April 13, 1991, having hit number two in the United Kingdom the previous year. The song also topped the singles charts in Canada, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, and Australia as well.
(2000)
Arctic Monkeys – I Bet You Look Good On the Dancefloor
6k3poi5.jpg
The song was released through Domino Records as the band’s first single from their debut studio album, “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not”. It debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart on 23 October 2005, and remains one of the band’s best-known songs.
Arctic Monkeys performed the track at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics. The song was ranked at number 7 on NME’s list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
(2010)
Nightwish – Ghost River
twlhXLy.jpg
A poetic narrative performed by Nightwish:
Something to know: The river represents life. The Marco’s voice represents Satan and Anette’s represents Gaia.
Satan tries to persuade the wayfarer that the river will inevitably lead to a horrible end, he tries to bring the wayfarer to despair, to not even try because the river holds only doom. Gaia denies this and encourages the traveller to hope: in spite of the dangers, plunge into the river; there is wonder and joy to be found as well as darkness.
I hope everyone can enjoy with my memories during my tour in the decades!
Song count so far: 234
The next author up at December 17th, 6AM EST-12:00 CET is TheSheepQueen.
“What better after a Decades pack than another Decades pack? This time, Sheep moves towards the end of the century with bangers from Iceland’s finest, that guy with a Hitler stache and some douche who stole Louis CK’s jokes!”

Nice excursion thru the decades ghostbyob.

Absolutely loved your 50’s thru 90’s picks. Thanks!

I really can’t say if I’m lucky and/or deserving…..all I know is I’ve been a fan of all you authors here for so long…..I fart dust!

It has been quite awhile that I’ve had those versions…pretty sure I procured them pre 2016 (if memory serves me correctly) thru kemiroch and also from Spindoc’s and Nunchuck’s Guitar Hero conversion project from waaaay back when.
